Had a really good stay during our visit. the location was incredible as it was walking distance to restaurants and bars. - Coronet Theatre was easily accessible, just 1 km away.

The restaurant was very convenient for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The bed was comfortable, the staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly people who displayed outstanding customer service. The property was in the middle of the city. Shopping centres and the Farmer's market were right next door.

Newly remodelled units with big bathroom. Had very good a fireplace, a coffeemaker, and a balcony. Right in the heart of West Hollywood, residential location...

The room was large and quiet. Staff were very helpful. The location is excellent if you do not have a car and want to get around the city by walking, bus, taxi.

I had interpreted from the website that the suite had a washing machine, but this turned out to be a laundry room in the basement for which we had to pay. The facilities in the kitchen area were poor and old.

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Excellant location, close to shopping and amazing restuarants in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. I'd stay again :-)

This place is luxurious and reasonably clean. the staff is amazingly attentive, displaying outstanding customer service. - the location is incredible, with a rooftop patio offering stunning views of the Hollywood hills. - It's conveniently located near cafes, action, restaurants, and bars.

We ate at a small restaurant for breakfast. It had very central location close to Young Projects Gallery.

Loved the rooftop swimming pool, tennis courts and sun deck. The kitchenette gave it a homey atmoshere, while the public washer and dryer is essential for those who want to pack light for a lenghty vacation.

Excessive parking fee.

Tasty breakfast with a wide selection to choose from. The rooms here are recently redone and look really nice, with a cozy fireplace and a super comfy bed. The atmosphere is lovely! 🌟

Good location close to Beverly Hills, good for shopping. You could choose to have valet parking or not which we liked as we didnt like having to wait for a valet in other hotels. The space within the suite was great and the pool and tennis court was fab. Room service was prompt and tasted great.

Big streak of hair dye on the shower wall when we got there, ended up washing it off myself.

Central location in West Hollywood. Close to restaurants and shopping in Beverly Centre, Robertson and Melrose ave. Pleasant surroundings, nice swimming pool with lunch and drinks service. Helpful and welcoming staff.

Decor of the suites a bit dated. Quite dark rooms and simple bathrooms.

The newly remodelled suite was good-looking, especially the bedroom. the location was perfect, close to both Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, with great restaurants and stores nearby. - They provided decent service, even allowing for an early check-in.

The location was phenomenal and a major factor in my choice to stay there. The parking staff was friendly and not pushy about having to valet my car.

$30 for 24 hour parking is high. Room was on the older side considering the price. Despite being at the end of the hall, there was still a lot of noise (i.e. doors closing, vacuuming). Front desk staff could have been friendlier or do I need to drive a luxury car?

Good location in the center of Melrose Ave. Very close to shopping area.

Rooms are old. Bad value for money.
